Admin/Biographical History Harry Elmer Sinsabaugh was born August 29, 1911. As a soldier in the U.S. Army, he helped to liberate Buchenwald during World War II. He achieved the rank of Corporal during his tenure in the military. Harry Sinsabaugh passed away on July 12, 1993 and was survived by his two sons who live in the Richmond area, Richard and Larry Sinsabaugh.

Scope & Content The Sinsabaugh Family Papers contain biographical materials, and photographs from the liberation of Buchenwald. Biographical materials include a grave memorial record for Harry Elmer Sinsabaugh, and a business card for his son, Larry Sinsabaugh.
