Description |
Propaganda poster printed vertically on tan paper in a tall Gothic font and in red and brown ink. Poster was created by the Central press of the NSDAP and is a quotation by Rudolf Hess. The first letter 'N', the first letter of the fifth line, 'D', the first letter of the second word in the sixth line, 'D', and the first letter of the second word in the seventh line, 'F', as well as the smaller print name of Rudolf Hess, are printed in red ink. The remainder of the quote, as well as the appropriate dates of viewing and distributor, are printed in brown ink. The quote reads: "Nur die Nation die ihre ehre hochhalr,, oermag auf die dauer zu bestehen. Deutschland wird bestehen- danl dem Fuhrer." In English: "Only the nation that holds its honor high may prevail. Germany will prevail.- Thanks to the Fuhrer." |
