Description |
Propaganda poster printed vertically on tan paper in a Gothic font and red and black ink. The poster was issued by the Gau propaganda administration of the NSDAP, at the Centeral press of the NSDAP in Munich and overseen by Franz Eher Nacht. The first letter of the poster 'N,' the first letter of the fourth line, 'G,' and the quotation speaker, 'Dr. Goebbels,' are printed in red ink. The remainder of the quote, as well as the appropriate days of viewing the poster, are printed in black ink. The quote reads, "Niemand kanndon einer kommenden Generation erwarten, was die lebende versaumt." -'Dr. Goebbels.' In English: "Nobody can expect the coming generation to do the things that the living one had missed." |
